International Story Telling Days: Bowley, Newbold & Bro
The Journey
H. C. Andersen was not only a great writer and visual artist. He was also a faboulous storyteller. Supported by the H. C. Andersen Festivals in Odense, the City Museums celebrate the art of oral storytelling. A group of outstanding storytellers contribute to the festival with tales from all over the world. The theme of the storytelling days is The Journey.

Tim Bowley
Storyteller and writer, has lived in Spain for many years and has travelled the country and festivals abroad with his unique retellings of traditional tales from around the world. An irresistable web of myth, magic, pathos and comedy.
Debs Newbold
Storyteller at the Globe Theatre, London. Praised for her remarkable reworking of Shakespeare's works and her warm poetic storytelling .
Vigga Bro
Denmarks grand old lady of storytelling, known all over the country as actress and storyteller. At the festival she will retell tales by the famous danish storyteller and writer, Karen Blixen.
